Kidding, but you know why? If you made for example his tail or ears longer, he would be more fox like and then even longer, he would be more, umm... there are these monkey type animals that have really long ears.. Hard to explain, but no one would say that it is a wolf. So this one is one of the closest.^^ Just make his mouth open, show fangs and his cheeks can be a little more narrow for that effect. :3
Blue pants definitely worked. XD If there's anything I need to work on, it's really bringing out the eyes in my characters more. I love his blue eyes as you've depicted them here. :3 Great job coloring!

Yay! I’ve been looking forward to seeing him all finished up ^^ He looks great! I love your coloring and his cute fuzzy ears XD His tail looks pretty wolfish, but making his ears bigger might help if you’re worried about him looking like a cat. I love the blue you chose for his hair...so nice!
